  SA Express Bailout Signs Of Merger ?

Financially troubled SA Express has obtained a bail-out of R539m from government. The news has strengthened arguments for the immediate integration of SA Express with sister airlines, Mango and SAA, after SAX released its results, reporting a massive R187m loss in the 2011 financial year. A merger would allow the airlines to collapse their assets into a single holding company.
