Position: Online Booking Tool Implementation and Support Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

  • Project manage the implementation of online booking tools for new and existing clients.

  • Provide client, user, agent, and staff training where necessary.

  • Provide first and second-line support for our online booking tools.

  • Provide client, user and agent training.

  • Keep up to date with new product releases and communicate key personnel where necessary.

  • Configure and test of new client implementation set-up.

  • Ensure all documentation for online booking tools and implementations are updated and distribute where applicable.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Support and/or implementation experience on online booking tools.      

    • Galileo experience is essential.

    • Have to be a senior travel advisor.

    • Online implementation/support experience will be an added advantage.

  • Good understanding of business travel.

  • The ability to systematically analyse errors and suggest solutions.

  • Good presentation and excellent verbal and written English.

  • Good communication skills.
